Good customer service

My husband bought this owl for our 3 year old while he was away on business. He sent him pics all week of "little lost owl" and the night before he came home, actually lost him. We checked all over for another one and this was the only place where we could find the EXACT same one. Everywhere else it turned into a different owl after it was added to the cart. When I called to double check we would get THIS owl the customer service rep was friendly and polite. Would definitely order from them again.
