I love the puppet! The kids enjoyed it as well, and your receptionists were very easy to work with. My only frustration has been that I paid $24.34 to expedite my order to two day shipping. Instead it took six days. As a result, our Children's Ministry lessons had to be rescheduled, and it was a difficult Sunday. I called Fed Ex and they said I had to talk to YOU as you had a contract with them. I'm still out $24.34 and still very frustrated with that part of the process. If you could help get my money returned I would be so grateful. Thank You.
