Great all around experience

We love the fact that we could customize our starter set with the puppets we wanted and were not limited to the ones in the photo. Customer service was prompt and helpful in answering our questions. We bought 2 starter sets and the discount coupon was enough to pay for one of the puppets. Puppets shipped the same day and were in our hands in 2 days. Our puppeteers loved them. Great all around experience. Thanks the Puppet Store Store.

Absolutely loved the puppets! They are larger than they appear and very cute. Only problem that I observed was with the snaps. I was careful to train our puppet team on use and assembly of legs but one of the snaps came off the first time we had them out.

Great quality for the price! The kids loved the easy working mouths. The church really enjoyed the show! One puppet had a leg with defective snap but I was told a replacement is on the way. Thank you for a good product and prompt service!
