When I called your company and explained my situation in needing this puppet quickly, I was reassured by the customer service associate that he would make it happen! And he came through! I had my puppet in two days. Unfortunately, my high school's musical production of Willy Wonka is now on hold due to the current health crisis, but it's nice to know that I've got the prop I need to pull of the shrunken Mike Teavee scene once the world gets through this time of uncertainty and our show gets rescheduled. Thanks so much for your great and personable service!
