Beautifully Manufactured

The service was quick, the puppet is made of quality material, and your customer service team has been accommodating.
We will be purchasing other puppets in the future. The only thing that was disappointing was the fact that the packaging material had nothing surrounding it to protect the puppet from being damaged. The stick is slightly damaged. I feel these puppets should be shipped, so that the puppets are well protected. We were going to return it and request a refund or replacement, but my daughter waited, so long to save her money to make this purchase.
