The Education Program of the FL Industrial and Phosphate Research Institute provides classroom activities for K-12 students and teachers. One activity is a role-play called "Florida's Ancient Oceans." The 60 puppets we have purchased (or for really obscure items, have designed and made) must appeal to users from 6 to 60 who use them to re-enact Florida geology from the Miocene Epoch through the Pliocene and Pleistocene to the present (Holocene Epoch). Since retirement I continue to add to the collection and admire and rely on your stock of attractive and interesting items (walrus and crocodile, for example), presented realistically. Realism is essential, since we think of the puppets as models to introduce role-players to scientific concepts, not just as toys (though they certainly are appealing on that level, too)!
