This was our first time ordering from the puppetstore. The order was shipped quickly and we got exactly what we ordered. The puppet is great. It looks just like the picture. It's really big, but well made, so our son can handle it. It was a gift for our four-year old son, so you can imagine it gets some rough handling and it's holding up very well. We'd definitely order from your store again.
