Making sure your puppets are delivered cost effectively and in a timely fashion is a top priority of thepuppetstore.com. We aim to process all orders within 24-48 hours after your payment is received. In general, most items arrive within 3-7 business days from the time your order is received. However, processing time and shipping time may vary depending on product availability and your location. If you have waited until last minute and need your puppets as quickly as possible- not to worry, we are well known for our deeply discounted express shipping rates and personalized express delivery service.

USA Shipping Rates
Shipping is automatically calculated during the checkout process to most addresses. Rates vary depending on the weight of the package and your location. Generally, shipping for our large puppets is $8.50 for the first puppet and $3.00 each additional. General rates for our small puppets are $6.50 for the first puppet and $2.00 each additional. (These are general rates, actual rates vary according to the weight of your package as well as the desination) For your protection, all puppets are shipped with package insurance and shipment tracking/delivery confirmation at no additional charge. Please note that rates to international locations as well as to Hawaii and Alaska might not calculate correctly. If this occurs, we will contact you before processing your order.
First, you should determine if we ship to your country. To do this, please create an account by clicking the “My Account” link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. If your country is in the list, shipping will automatically be calculated during the checkout process. Please note that you will be responsible for any applicable duties and taxes. We do not charge or collect these fees nor are they included in your shipping quote.
Most packages arrive within 3-7 business days from the time your order is received. Please remember that business days do not include weekends or holidays. If you need your puppets in a rush, you will need to select an Express shipping option. It is usually best to call for product availability before placing an Express order.
The Puppet Store cannot be held responsible for delivery delays. Although our shipping carriers do their best to deliver your package promptly, sometimes certain circumstances beyond anyone’s control do occur. To avoid shipping delays, please make certain your have provided us with your complete physical shipping address as well as a contact phone number you can be reached at if there are any questions or problems with the delivery of your order. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Most orders ship FedEx Ground. On occasion, we will ship small packages via USPS Priority Mail at no additional charge. Please be sure to provide us with a physical street address as FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
If you register with an account on our website at the time of placing your order you will be able to view tracking information. Simply log in to your account and choose the option to view order history. Detailed order information including any tracking numbers associated with your order will be displayed. You will also be emailed a shipping confirmation along with the tracking number once your order has shipped. If you did not register for an account when placing your order you will NOT be able to view tracking information online and may receive an error message stating that your order does not exist.
Please note, if your order was shipped via USPS Priority mail, the tracking number provided is only a “delivery confirmation” number. These packages are scanned only when they have been delivered.
Multiple Shipping Addresses If you want different puppets sent to different addresses you will need to place a separate order for each ship to address. This is usually used when ordering gifts- especially during the holidays. Be sure to include YOUR credit card’s billing address as the bill to address.
