The holiday season is here once again and we know that many last minute gifts are often the most important ones! That is why we continue shipping through December 22.
At ThePuppetStore.com we understand that you have put a part of your holidays in our hands. Because of this we work extra hard this time of year to process and ship orders as quickly as possible- many the same day!
Please find your state in the color coded map at the bottom of this page. Listed below are the last days to ship for the corresponding states. The map only applies to FedEx Ground shipments. We do offer faster shipping methods which are listed below with their cut off dates as well. All shipping options available to you will be displayed during checkout. Due to high volume, we cannot give shipping quotes by phone, chat, or email during this busy time of year. To determine what your shipping costs will be, simply place your item(s) into your shopping cart, enter your postal zip code, and click recalculate. The rates and options will be displayed to you in the drop down menu.
Place your order by 12:noon EST on the following dates.
*DECEMBER 16 - Last Day for FedEx Ground to purple states.
*DECEMBER 17 - Last Day for FedEx Ground to green states.
*DECEMBER 18 - Last Day for FedEx Ground to orange states.
*DECEMBER 19 - Last Day for USPS Priority Mail (national).
*DECEMBER 20 - Last Day for FedEx Ground to blue states.
*DECEMBER 21 - Last Day for FedEx Ground to red states.
Last Day for FedEx Express (national).
**The last day to ship via USPS Priority Mail to anywhere in the USA is December 19 at 12:noon Eastern time.**
International Customers: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery dates for packages shipping outside of the USA. With basic First Class or Priority Mail International shipping, the US Postal Service recommends shipping before Dec 10 for probable arrival to most international destinations. Between Dec 11 - Dec 17, please use Express Mail for probable arrival on or before Dec 24. Again, this applies only to customers outside of the USA.
*Please Note: THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES for "before December 25th" delivery of FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail shipments. Shipments arriving late using these two methods will not be eligible for shipping cost reimbursements. "Last Day To Order" statements are merely there to assist you in having a reasonable expectation for a delivery prior to December 25th.
